NEW YEAR, NEW YOU


January is the time of year for New Year's Resolutions. The most common resolution is to lose weight. There are many programs out there that work, but in order to keep that weight off long term, you must address the inner issues that caused you to put the weight on in the first place. Are you an emotional eater? Do you not value yourself enough to prepare healthy meals just for you? Do you have hidden anger? Doing your inner work to will insure that you keep the weight off. Working with a medical clinic that supervises your loss is also a good plan. Journaling, meditation, hypnotherapy and guided imagery are methods that can help you visualize your goals, set the intention and acheive your goals. GOOD LUCK IN 2011!!
